All test results are recorded including BEMF readings, winding test results, all feedback signals, and alignment readings. All feedback signals are checked individually and collectively. New bearings are installed on each motor that we repair and all servo motors are fully run tested. Using the feedback from the motor, each motor is test run in a closed loop test for 20 to 30 minutes to check for defective bearings, proper alignment, vibration, or noise.
